That is a tough question so let me answer with a question: What is more important documenting your thoughts or delivering them to others?
Quantum Physics states that thoughts are not self contained, move outward, and they are the building blocks of our reality.

If you first answered documenting your thoughts then realize they are not necessarily yours to begin with and also remember there is a reason why we have more power than we are aware of in the first place.
